All of our kittens are raised in a loving home environment and receive age-appropriate veterinary care before going to their forever families. Each kitten comes from carefully planned pairings to ensure excellent health, temperament, and breed standards. Litter information includes birth date, parents’ names and lineage, and any notable characteristics. Kittens are ready to join their new families at approximately 12–16 weeks of age, once they are fully weaned, litter trained, and well-socialized.

At Silva Royals, we are committed to placing our kittens in safe, loving, and permanent homes. Because each kitten is a living animal and not a commodity, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy follows industry standards among ethical breeders for several important reasons:

• Reservation Commitment: When you place a deposit, that kitten is reserved exclusively for you. We remove the kitten from availability, and other interested families are turned away.

• Time & Care Investment: Each kitten receives individualized veterinary care, food, supplies, and daily socialization. These costs and efforts cannot be reversed or “restocked.”

• Animal Welfare: Moving kittens between homes or treating them as returnable goods is stressful and harmful to their well-being. A stable, permanent placement is always in the kitten’s best interest.

• Biosecurity Risks: Once a kitten leaves our care, we cannot risk reintroducing it to our cattery due to possible exposure to outside illnesses or parasites.

If unforeseen circumstances arise and you cannot keep your kitten, Silva Royals does not issue refunds but will assist in responsible rehoming to ensure the cat’s continued welfare.

By placing a deposit or purchasing a kitten, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Shipping is not included in the listed kitten price. At this time, we do not offer direct shipping services. In the near future, we will provide a menu of trusted transport and flight nanny options on our Shipping Services page, so you can arrange safe, comfortable travel for your kitten. Until then, pick-up at our Virginia location is the preferred method.

Payment Instructions – Silva Royals

To reserve your kitten, a $350 non-refundable down payment is required. This down payment secures your chosen kitten and ensures that it is no longer available to other families.

How it works:

• Submit your adoption interest through our website or contact form.

• Request your preferred payment method (Wire, Venmo, or Zelle).

• We will send you a secure payment link via email or text.

• Once payment is received, you will receive an official receipt via email confirming your reservation.

The remaining balance will be due before your kitten goes home. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
